1. Budget planning, deposit and final payment schedules
2. Phone and e-mail support throughout the entire planning process
3. Sourcing of a suitable venue according to the size of the wedding and requirements from the wedding couple, also including two venue visits with full report according to your requirements
4. Obtaining quotes on your behalf and continuous liaison with potential service providers for:

• Venue
• Equipment hire
• Catering company should the venue not provide this
• Minister / pastor
• Wedding cakes
• Photographer
• Flowers and decor
• DJ, music and / or band
• Hair dresser & make-up artist 
• Invitations, menus and stationary

We will arrange with the venue for a mock up table to be done prior to your wedding date.

Assist with events schedule and full co-ordination on your big day. All you will need to take care of is to relax and get ready to walk down the isle.
